Joseph let me know he was on his way to my home. I thought I did something wrong by pressing the emergency button in the panel. Joseph said I didn’t. He explained to me how the system works in a way that I could understand. I definitely will use Integrity Heating & Air services should I need them & also recommend to friends & neighbors.
