This company is a class act. Their sales representative Anthony came to my home and explained exactly what I needed, gave me a great price for good quality heating and cooling system. Knowledgeable and honest. The technicians arrived three days later and did a tremendous job installing my new heating cooling system Jose was professional, clean and respectable and did a fantastic job. Thank you integrity.

The owner was extremely pleasant and responded very quickly. He got me an appointment the next day. Wesley the tech was amazing and fixed our issue very quickly and professionally. When I called the office to ask some additional questions they were able to answer very quickly and were very polite. I would recommend very highly.

After soliciting bids on the installation of mini splits, we chose to go with Integrity Heating and Air. There attention to our needs and concerns from start to finish was great. The Installation of two units went smoothly and completed in a day. The workers Michael and Tom were friendly,professional, organized and neat. The cash price agreed on with 10 year warranty on the compressor and parts with 1 year labor warranty. I highly recommend this company.

Great experience. The team of three men came out and were very respectful and professional. They explained the plan of the day and updated any changes. The job is very nicely done and “ tight” . No loose ends . Great quality work . Then even though the day went over time they cleaned up wonderfully, and reviewed the function of the mini split . Thus far I love my temp control finally . Thank you for such a good refreshing experience.

From answering the distress call early Monday morning to the completion of the instillation of three ductless units, all employees were able to respond quickly and were professional and on time or called to alert me that they were running late and gave me the option of rescheduling if that was an issue. Inside and outside areas were left the way they were found. All aspects of the units were explained as well as demonstrated. I would strongly recommend this company.
